so lets make some money ...

I was going to just do this on the newbie board but I figured there would be quite a few of you who would benefit from seeing this here especially since you dont frequent the newbie board.

So how do you make enough money to start looking at quitting your day job and working online full time? Pretty easy in online adult, all you need is an internet connection, a PC (you could use a mac if you had to), 4 hours a day, and around $100 bucks.

Its easy for me to sit here and tell you what to do, but this month I have decided to actually start from scratch with $100 and pretend I was a newbie with no sites, no hosting and no tools. None of my gallery designs will be anything special, my freesites will be average at best, and I will just employ some basic Search Engine optimisation techniques. I probably won't even use any scripts, and will just use a few tools to make my life easier ... tools that are cheap and within everyone's reach.

Even if you work 8 hours a day 6 days a week, you have 4 hours a day ... just replace some of that game playing or TV watching time with some work time. All I need is 4 hours a day for a month! And I am even going to take Xmas day off too! But, I will put that 4 hours in a day for sure, no excuses, no 'things that popped up', nothing will stop me from getting my work done. And to make it fair, I will even do this in my own time, away from the office on my personal laptop in my living room each evening. After the work is done then I can goof around, but no goofing until my work is done.

I will show you exactly what I make, generally how I did it, what tools I used, where I got them and how much they were, and will post my stats constantly. I always tell newbies and people who are looking at working in this industry that it will take 3-6 months and you should be seeing enough income to quit that job and start seeing a worthwhile income.

Lets get started. Ok I am going to do some prep work today. Theres some things I would need before I started...

fairly average for virtual accounts. I will assume I am burning 200 gig my first month so theres $60.

I will also get roboform for form filling since I dont have any change left over for freesite wizard yet.

I change the nameservers to my new host, and since that will probably take a day to resolve I decide to do some prep work. First I need some sponsors. I am going to take on 4 sponsors to start with .... lets look.

I make 2 gallery templates and a freesite template for submitting tomorrow. I will do a cheaters uncovered gallery and a pregnantbang gallery, and will start with a pregnant freesite. I also get a list of 27 link lists to submit to, and will do up the recip tables for the niche I have chosen to start with.

Right ... I've got some work to do! Should take me no longer than 2 hours to do the 2 gallery templates and freesite. That leaves me 1 hour out of the 4 left over which I will spend goofing around.

I already have the 2 galleries and 1 freesite completed from yesterday. I will post them after I have submitted them throughout this tutorial to remove any temptation there might be to copy them

I fire up chameleon and submit my first gallery, load up roboform and fire off my first freesite submit and then fire off the last chameleon tgp submit all which took me a total of 2 hours 5 minutes - longer than I expected. I will have to get that time down a bit.

I prepare 2 galleries and 1 freesite for tomorrow. Lets see ... I will do a pantyhose gallery, pantyhose freesite and a foot fetish gallery.

I will also go through my link list list and mirror it for the new recips and duplicate the folders so I can simply fire it off tomorrow and get into a few other things which will make the next month easier.

I did up 2 more galleries and a freesite for today. I actually decided to do a pantyhose freesite since I had a great set of content sitting there begging to be used!

I really concentrated tonight and got both gallery submits done in 56 minutes (includes uploading) ... and got the freesite uploaded and submitted in 30 mins. Had to do around 30 mins work on my submit list since so many link lists have died in the last 12 months, and many are demanding a partner account! Never thought I would see the day, but suppose its the way things are heading.

After I managed to get the submits done, I spent around 1 hour creating some bare bones freesite templates. That means templates with nothing on them advertising wise, but they are a complete freesite all linked together with the images linked, the tables completed and the warning section done etc. Its something I can just import into a directory and then just fill in the blanks and will save me around 15 mins a day which will be handy

Goofing time was at a minimum tonight, but I did spend it wrapping Xmas presents to the Eagles Hell Freezes Over dvd. Did you know that its one of the highest selling music DVDs of all time? It was also produced in Dolby 5.1 surround sound, and It sounds great on the Bose Acoustimas system I won from Pussycash. Another benefit of getting lots of sales is that many sponsors will give you things ... its worth working for! I got more Xmas presents and cards from sponsors this year than from family. Also got a cool radio/alarm clock from Google

So remember hard work has its rewards ... but its usually only those who work hard and never give up who make it big!

Anyhow even though its christmas day tomorrow, I will be going away on boxing day with my better half's family so I will try to get my 4 hours done after my family leaves tomorrow. If I dont manage to get a post done tomorrow then I will put in 8 hours on the day after boxing day (I gave the guys in the office the day off .... aren't I nice!).

You guys can't be shitty with me taking Xmas day off !!!

Ok this isn't going to qualify as one of the 30 days because my family just left (yes its late!). I had xmas dinner here and spent 4 hours in the kitchen instead of at the computer. But I have to say that my cooking skills are quite good, and I managed to cook a xmas feast that would rival some of the best

I also put on 'I Robot' on the projector and we sat down to that and enjoyed it ... great movie.

So even though I wanted to get my 4 hours done tonight I didn't. Christmas probably wasn't the best period to start this but oh well

I got 1 gallery done and wont even count today towards the 30 days.

So far no sales form Silvercash

Oh well ... its only very early so I will hang in there.

No sales from netpondcash either, but after 250 or so clicks i am not surprised. I am actually a little surprised that I have so many clicks, because I only expected 100-150 clicks. I checked and I have an awesome CTR on the gallery so I am not worried about the ratio !

For pantyhosenation I can show you stats since verotel doesn't allow me to see todays stats. Will have to wait till tomorrow to see what sorta clicks and sales I did today (if any!).

So there ya go. No sales and starting to get some traffic. I didn't expect sales but 1-2 in the first few days would have been nice .... suppose I just need to keep plugging away !!!

After 1 month (30 days of work) I expect to be making some reasonable sales .... and its all about getting a good flow of traffic through ... at least 1,000 per day per sponsor!

Back from my break which was only really 2 days, but its better than nothing. Well I have just finished my freesite and 2 galleries. For the galleries I did another pantyhose one and also tried a different sponsor - Traffic Cash Gold (http://www.trafficcashgold.com/?wm_refer=blance) and their foot fetish site 'Bare Foot Maniacs'. It looks like it would do well on tgp and has a fairly tour design.

For the freesite I decided to add another site to the mix aswell, and eventually decided on Teenboys uncovered by netpondcash. I dont want to have too many sponsor programs because I want to see checks, not just numbers, so I will stick with netpondcash for the gay site since the tour is decent and the content is simply stellar!

Thought I would post this before finishing so I can go straight to bed

As you can see the galleries are different from my previous ones and the freesite is a totally different design. You need a wide variety of different freesite and gallery templates. Actually for freesites I always suggest AT LEAST 30 different freesite designs, and try to mix them up a little between the niches aswell, for example do 1 gay, then next day do 1 foot, then next day 1 preggo etc etc.

Took me a while to do all my work today, longer than I expected, but its my own fault for only getting 3 hours sleep last night. We went to the Gold Coast Jupiters Casino, and I won a whopping $5, but spent around $200 on dinner and drinks. Whoops

The thing to remember about this business is that its a job and must be approached as one. My 3 offices are in my house, and it would be so easy for me to just goof around all day and get nothing done. I work at least 8-12 hours every day, and am doing this in my 'spare' time. So after getting next to no sleep for a couple of nights (my own damn fault!) I still put in around 12 hours today because I am

determined to get my work done. That determination has made me lots of money, and its a skill that must be learnt. I once had next to no dicipline but got tired of having next to no money. I dont want to still be working hard at the age of 35, and if I am diciplined and work hard for the next few years then I won't be. There's so much money on that table, and all we have to do is reach out and pick it up... which takes a little effort

BTW I will go through and post stats later on tonight, but as of now (well only really 2.5 days of submits) there are no sales.

Does that mean I give up .... no fucking way

Ohhhh ... think I may have gotten a sale, but will need to wait till tomorrow to check. Verotel doesn't have the best reporting options, but it would be a nice start to the 1st week. If it is me then it will be a sale to my own site www.pantyhosenation.comand would probably be a front page ratio of 1:300 or so but thats a bit of guess work.

I have completed the 2 galleries and freesite for submitting, but since there is someone copying my galleries and possibly even freesites, I am going to post the links a day or two delayed so that they are already listed or reviewed to remove any temptation there may be to copy the sites

Stats are starting to tick over, and the numbers are starting to climb faster. The TCG gallery has a horiffic CTR and so far I have only had 2 clicks from surfers to the sponsor. Something must be wrong because there is no way that can be right. I will have to test my link and see whether I have screwed something up. Apart from that Silvercash traffic is starting to come in but a little slower than I expected, however on the other end of the scale my netpondcash traffic is coming in much faster than I expected. I want to have 1000 sponsor clicks a day by the end of the week, and by week 2 I want 2000 sponsor clicks a day. While my 2 Cheaters uncovered galleries are at about 0:1000, the CTR is through the roof (9%!) so I am ok with that. A ratio of 1:1000 would make me happy with such a high ctr, and especially since traffic is coming in so well.

Well I had around 30 mins spare out of the 4 hours this evening so some quality goofing time, and I might post some stats screenshots aswell...

Well today was pretty uneventful. Did my 2 galleries and managed to get the freesite submit done from yesterday (had an email problem with emails broken on my server ... lucky I got the 2 submits off before hand). Btw with emails never use your real email address. You will get spammed to hell and back if you put it in ... just use a dedicated email address for submits and clean it out from time to time .. will save you a lot of time.

No more sales today, but traffic is still coming in fairly steadily. I am still not quite at 1k a day, but will be hopefully by day 8's report.

I wont post the freesite I made yesterday because its only freshly submitted, but heres the 2 galleries I made and submitted yesterday :

Tomorrow I am probably going to skip making a freesite since I already have 1 waiting to be submitted, and will make a SE portal site! Should be fun, and I will spend some time hunting for toplists and picposts too. They are great for regular traffic injections. That will also allow me to catch up on that lost freesite submit day since you can only submit 1 per day.

I will probably post another round of screenshots for stats tomorrow too.

Woohoo got another sale from TCG (traffic cash gold). Was for their new foot fetish site. Nice ratio too, but I am still concerned that I havent managed to send much traffic to them ... unlike netpondcash which seems like a traffic magnet!

I did my 2 gallery submits today and didn't do a freesite ... well not a typical freesite. Actually its interesting that link lists now demand a certian type of site with a certian structure, but they werent always that way. Link lists originated because of people wanting to get inbound links for SE rankings. They would act as a hub of links and would skim off a good amount of SE traffic to their sponsors. Originally link lists would list all sorts of sites regardless of how much advertising and stuff they had on them. Most of those sites were content rich and gave good SE benefit.

So since I cant submit another freesite today (to the link lists) I started on another variety of freesite. Its what I like to call a portal and for this one I decided to list a few sponsor hosted movie and pic galleries, and also assemble a good list of sponsors. I will also use this 'free site' to get lots of inbound links from other sites and will link to them via a links page (google gives more credit to you if you dont link from the page being linked to). But first things first today were making the page layout and filling it with some temporary galleries which I pulled from another site of mine. Tomorrow I will try to do a little more work on it.

Btw since I had $10 left over (thanks Krusty for correcting my maths!) ... I am using another domain for this site. Check it out at http://www.planetnylons.com/. Its nowhere near complete, but its a start. And I will also add some toplists to it soon too, along with replacing the placeholder galleries with sponsor hosted galleries.

We'll call today "im never ever drinking again" day. I think I managed to get to bed at around 7am and resurfaced at around 6pm. Needless to say today is an unplanned write off because of New Years Eve stupidity.

However got another TCG sale, and did manage to get 900 clicks to my sponsors today.

For those of you who asked, those galleries are pretty much done from scratch, but I do reuse graphics and things that i already have. Stole a heading from a movie gallery of mine aswell.

I like doing my own galleries, and designing generally. I am nowhere near the best designer in the world, but I like creating designs ... its one of things that doesn't feel like work

I especially love creating tours! Also a good tour and join page costs around $1000 to get designed !!!!!!!!

I am also using many of the gallery templates for the freesites. There is no use making 2 different galleries when I already have then sitting there done up. All you guys should try to reuse as much as you can to save doing things twice.

Lol ... I did Day 7 twice. I must have been in a bad way

Well traffic has dropped a little, and am averaging around 800-900 uniques a day. But sales have started to come, so no complaints my end!

Yesterday I did a freesite and 2 galleries. Today I am working on 2 galleries and a freesite. Work is ticking over nicely

I have changed direction a little and while still using the same templates have stopped promoting silvercash. I am starting to focus more on TCG, Pantyhosenation and netpondcash while still trying out curiouscash. I wont bother posting the galleries for templates which are the same, but I will be making a new gallery template and trying out another sponsor tomorrow, so i will post that up. I also switched to the no concole option for TCG since they pop far too many consoles on their full tours.

Now that I have a few sales I noticed I have covered costs plus a bit!

2 Pantyhose nation sales - $45 (1 recurring, 1 non recurring)
2 TCG sales - $50 (pps)
1 Netpondcash sale - $15 (recurring)

Now if my maths is right I have covered the $100 initial startup costs and made $10 profit! Not only that but there are 2 other important things to remember ...

a) 2 of those sales might rebill

b) I will continue to have those galleries and freesites out there working for me for around 6-12 months, so I can probably expect more sales from them.

Now as for BW .... it took me 20 mins to add it all up, so I wont be doing this every day

.... but I have burned 86 Gig so far which is a bit above what I was planning. Might have a little overage to factor in at the end of the 30 days.

I wont continue updating every day, unless I start doing anything different. I will be doing some toplist stuff in a couple of days though, so I will definitely step you guys through that as I do it. I will try to keep posting screenshots for new sales though !

Just a quick update ....

I had to skip my freesite tonight!!! Thats terrible, but unfortunately my girlfriend had to go and have a 21st birthday, and we have knives in the place, so I decided not to entertain the idea of skipping her 21st birthday

Quick stats updates ... TCG has pulled a few more sales for me think its at 6, netpondcash is at 4, pantyhosenation is at 5 from memory, silvercash 0, wegcash 0.

Looking at around $250 or so in sales and a profit of around $150. So far I have done about 30 galleries and 13 freesites. I have found the freesites are returning very little traffic but I am waiting to see how google picks them up.

I planning on finishing up my freesite portal, and pumping picpost traffic at it. I have a very good list of picposts in the pantyhose niche so I will use them.

I have spent from 3-4 hours every night except for 2 nights and tonight. One night I did nothing because I was near death, and one night I had to work back late on my own stuff so I only managed to get 1 gallery done. All other nights I have gotten all my work out.

Thought since some of you have icq'd me and asked if I was still going with this project I would give a status post

While I still do the galleries and freesite daily, sometimes I run out of time to check stats, check server usage and write long posts describing what I did (which is pretty much the same from day to day!).

I planned on making another gallery template, but ran out of time. I am planning to make the template for the TCG Squirting site. I have dropped silvercash and wont promote wegcash much either since i am getting nothing from them. I will probably also try a reality site aswell for the tgp galleries.

I actually had a day with no sales would you believe, so the stats are still the same from yesterday's post. I did manage to get 1k clicks to my sponsors yesterday though which is a nice sign. So far the best 2 converting sites are barefootmaniacs from TCG and Pantyhosenation. Cheaters uncovered however is getting a lot more traffic than the others and is also pulling in a sale every couple of days.

I had planned to finish off planetnylons after my submits but I never have the time left. I could spend more time after the 4 hours but that kinda defeats the whole idea of this tutorial.

Ok quick update ....

Got another 1 Netpondcash sale .... another 1 TCG sale and did I mention I got my first Silvercash sale ???!!!

Oh yeah also got a pantyhosenation sale, but it was a check so its 50/50 whether I get credit for it or not. Often checks get returned, and its around 50% of checks that bounce online. If you ever wondered why you dont get credit for checks or get reduced PPS payouts for it then that is probably the reason.

We are on the home stretch, and I will post a full update with examples and actual screenshots soon. So far I have made over $300 profit (I think), and have almost burned all the BW that I allowed myself. I think I will have to take the excess BW from my profit totals at the end of the tutorial.

I added it all up and have burnt through 310 gigs. My plan would only have allowed 200 gigs, and I would be paying for anything above that. Now most shared hosting plans would charge between .40c and 50c per gig overage, but the plan I originally went for isn't there anymore so I cant check it up. I will assume I am spending .50c per gig overage so theres $55 overage fees so far.

So I am looking at a total of $494 profit so far not taking away my $100 startup costs.

How many galleries and freesites?

I have done 19 freesites (1 yet to be completed).
I have done 42 gallery submits and created 11 gallery templates.

Most of the traffic and sales has been from the gallery submits. I think its worth mentioning that the real use of freesites is for SE traffic and I probably wont see much of that till next month.

We are almost at the end .... woohoo !

I have done most of the galleries and templates i said I would, and have had some fairly decent results. For the time put in the results arent that good for me, but I need to remember that some of the memberships will rebill and I will continue to make sales for months and mayber even over a year from the work I have done.

I estimate that I will have made $7-800 profit by the end of this tutorial.

On the last day I will post screenshots of all sponsors, will give a total of BW burnt and will give total profit stats.

I will probably give a few more updates as to the sales I have made after the month is over, but i wont be doing the tgp submits and freesites anymore.

Bandwidth

I didn't burn as much BW in the last week as the 2nd last week. It took me around an hour to add this all up, and there is no way I can really do screenshots since its mixed in with my other stuff, but I burned a total of 421 gigs. Now that is over DOUBLE what my plan would have allowed so it will make a dent in my income, more precicely a $110.05 dent

Ok so lets to the final sums ...

$930.07 sales

Take away : $100 starting costs, $110.05 overage

And lets not forget the 21 possible rebills I have coming up! I find that the biggest loss in rebills occurs on the 1st month, but after the 2nd month a lot of the memberships stay for a nice period of time. I have had rebills that kept going for over a year before. Only time will tell with this new batch of active members

So there you have it ... sure the final post is a week late, but I did the sites, did the work, made the money. I now have almost a month's of sites and galleries working for me for a year. I expect to get many many more sales from those sites, and if I continued this for another month I would have easily topped $1000-1500 profit.
